i dont know about the fluid and the gasket must of been added from a previous owner

No i believe i am the second well technically fourth because the guy i bought it from got it from his mom who got it new from what i understand, and then i licensed it under my dads name for insurance and age purposes and now its under my name. ya i just dont see how that EGR could work with the gasket in the way because its a solid piece there are no holes for the valve...

ok so i just went out to start it up i left battery out for one hour. and it blew white smoke from exhaust and engine for about a min. then stopped the engine still shakes alot but it appears to be working. i reved her up a bit and the exaust reved down good which it hasnt for a long time. i will take her for a drive later tonight

my original problem was a code 34 and 44 i think and also it would idle then quake then at low rpm it would stall and it sounded like a tin can lol

Somebody blocked that egr off. thats why there was that middle gasket. Old one must of been bad from the get go..You might notice a little better gas mileage now. Dont be surprised if the egr acts up again,since it was blocked off it may have a few peices of carbon in there that might cause the egr to stick open. if it happens,just pop the egr off,remove the carbon and pop it back on.
