There is a jumper on the firewall directly behind the throttle body and air cleaner, it is a single wire clip. Jump this wire to the 12V positive there. If no fuel during starting out of the jets then change fuel filter, or maybe youll have to pull the tank down to check your work. You could alwaysdisconnect fuel filter or somewhere along the line to see if fuel is coming out of the hose, then good hopefully. You need 9 to 13 psi coming from the fuel pump to start the engine, but testing it on these is a bit3h.

Start by having someone crank the engine with the top of the aircleaner open and check to see if there is fuel coming out of the 2 jets pointing down into the intake.yes or no.

id get a fuel pressure gauge and start from there

did you replace the filter with the fuel pump replacement ?

did you check the lines for leaks or kinks ?
