Fuel pressure
 
I have a 93 s10-blazer with a 4.3 that wont start and i was woundering if any one konws what the fuel pressure on that vehicle is suppose to be at key on engine off and key on engine crank

I believe it is in the 8-10psi range. You will need an adapter to be able to test the fuel pressure at the TBI unit.

ok them i was wrong it is the one with a main injector in the center of the intake

Ok, for the CPI engine (the one with the plastic cover with the word "VORTEC" molded into it), the pressure should be 52-60psi for proper operation of the pressure actuated poppet nozzles. The fuel pressure test port is located off the back of the intake near the brake booster.

so on crank ist should be 52 on crank or with key on engine off

It should be at least 52 psi. It should never fall below 52psi which is near the minimum pressure required to open the poppet nozzles.
