will the blazer potentially throw codes if your check engine light isn't on? thus showing seemingly no issues? i had to replace my injector, though at the time, there was no engine light. it would stall out, and the intake cover/ plenum cover(?) had pooled gasoline in the bottom, leaving me fairly confident the injector had failed, or the fpr could have been acting up.
in hindsight, should i have replaced the fpr while i was in there? or the map sensor?
the sucker has 414xxxkm on it, and it runs, from what i can tell, pretty well. still working out mpg.

I replaced a fpr on my 94 and after a couple weeks it failed. I'll start by saying the Dorman replacement i got from autozone doesn't fit right so i had to shave the sides a little. Also I didnt touch the adjuster on it and it was set to 90psi when i first installed it. I got a used set of injectors off a scrap truck and its still doing 100% for 5 months now. I wouldnt say this was a terrible system, but certainly not the best...
