fuel pump runs all the times

i have a 1986 s-10 blazer 4x4 2.8L tbi my fuel pump runs all the time even with the key off. i have pulled all three realys on the fender well and the pump still runs anybody have any segestions ?

smack it with a hammer! seriously though maybe try tappin on the tank. i wonder if it sends a ground to start it and maybe the wire is cut and resting on the frame or something. have had a similar problem in the past with a inline fuel pump

The wiring to the pump must be shorted to power somewhere. The fuel pump relay provides +12V to the pump. If this shorts to power, the pump will run continuously provided that it has shorted to a continuous power source.

hey guys thanks, got it fixed. it was in the wiring loom under dash ran a new wire works fine now thanks again.
