Unhappy Ground wire location?

On my way to work this morning, my 94 Blazer just died and would not start back up?
No spitting or sputtering, just running fine one minute and then it died.
It cranks over ????
A friend said it may be the ground wire? Does anyone know where this is located on the vehicle?
Someone also suggested the fuel pump?
Any ideas would be helpful to me. Thanks.

if the ground wire fell off it would crank at all. or very slowly due to one of the smaller grounds staying intact. could be one of a hundred things

sounds like something with your fuel system if its cranking. does your radio and lights still work? usually a bad ground or a loose terminal will power up all your lights and stereo but when you go to crank it everything shuts off. but that doesn't really seem like your problem

To answer your original question he ground wire bolts to the lower block on the right side in front. You should be able to see it.

I didn't really think it would be the ground wire. Just the easiest to check and or fix...
Going to check the the fuel pump this morning.
Then check ignition spark etc...

Good idea. If yoru have fuel pressure (55 lbs. +) I would then suspect the ignition module inside the distributor. You can get them tested free at most A/P stores. Make sure they test it several times though.
