Default heater control vaccuum switch

does anyone know how many vaccuum lines go to the vaccuum switch on the heater controls? i have a black, grey, green, tan or brown, an orange, and then a blank/empty slot on the connector to the vaccuumswitch. its a new switch, but it has a bad vaccuum leak,,very irritating when driving down the road. what color vac line should go in the blank spot, and where does it come from or go to? or is it just a blank spot? i amreally considering capping it off, would that hurt anything?

sorry its a 1994 s-10 blazer 4.3w.....i have now replaced the vaccuum switch twice,,,both switches are hissing,,,i guess they dont make a vac switch that works...they all leak ! am i getting to much vaccuum? i have eliminated the transfer case switch, so the vaccuum comes straight from the intake, with a few other things t'ed off of it.
