Default hole in antifreeze tank

I have a hole in my antifreeze tank and have tried seeling it with everything but my antifreeze still disappears.. Im starting to wonder if its coming out somewhere else. Btw im not sure if I have the factory coontainer. I have a 94 4 dr blazer and the tank is plastic with a red cap with a hose out the top that conncet to nothing and the lower hose connecting to something. What can I use to seal this hole? and do you guys think this is the problem?

First thing I would do is buy an OEM overflow tank to replace your old one. After that I would worry about whether there is continued coolant loss.
