How to ajust idle on a 91 4.3
how do i do it? ive been lookin for about an hour now. i could be blind or looking in the wrong place, please point me in the right direction or just tell me. thanks!
While you can adjust the minimum air set point, you really need to know what you are doing first. Idle speed and minimum air are not the same thing. With the minimal information provided... We need to understand the problem before making this type of adjustment.
Remove the EGR valve and clean it. As a trouble shooting step, you could make up a block off plate. If you need more direction than that, you may not want to get this deep into repairing your vehicle.
As a reminder, there is a TON of information on this site. It is all just a search away. You do not have to wait for someone to reply.

ive removed the egr and it looked fine if a bit dirty so i did give it a good cleaning. it helped my problem a bit but its still chugging/lugging while driving and it idles so low it almost dies when stopped.
