Default how much power/engine lacks power

How much power does the 4.3 vortec have? mine prolly had it in 93 lol now i got rough idle, and i cant seem to even spin the tires on dry ground .

Question is if i do a oil flush / oil change, take off intake/plenum clean all the gunk /carbon. plus do spark plugs and wires would i get some more power out of it ? LOL im trying to add more hp, im trying to restore lost hp .

everything on this truck looks stock and never changed, any more things i should replace ? prolly fuel filter and some kind of cleaner to dump in tank ?

A tune up wouldn't hurt things. Try some seafoam to clean out the induction system on the truck. Do this before you do plugs and do an oil change afterwords. Search for "seafoam" for the other discussions about it.
