I recently bought a 90 blazer full size.....
Now for the problem, I bought it and left rear running light never worked. Replaced bulbs, checked fuse all the bull**** that comes with it. Well including that my dash wont light up, and a brake light thats always out (same side). So, trying to find out wtf is going on, one day I blew 8 fuses in the same slot in a 1/4 mile pulling over every two seconds cause it blew out tail lights completely and dash lights. Well now when I put in a fuse the door ding stays on with the horn and dash lights stay on and tailights stay on even if the key is out of the ignition.....I seriously need help
Very new here but always on here as a guest looking for solutions.

It kinda seems like you have a major wiring issue. The person who owned it before you could have possibly thought he/she knew everything and just went crazy and messed with some wires to possibly run fogs or l.e.d's? You might have to retrace all the wires and see if there is either wires butt connected together, etc, or possible a grounded out spot somewhere.

Yeah after ripping the dash apart I found the dimmer wire exposed. Wrapped it up and now the problem is worse. I dont even know where to begin. The wires in the dash are all cut and trashed up. I was trying to figire out grounding issues and havent found anything yet. And the hardest wires to expose are between the tailgate and bumper. Ugh just a huge mess. Trying to figure out wtf to do

So yesturday I disconnected the horn, got the lights on and it was rigged by taking the fuse out when I tirn off the truck, then popping it in when I drove. This morning I put it in reverse and blew it again.
Wtf do I do
