Dont try to move the pintel by hand.. its electronically controlled. If you tried real hard to move it, you could have messed it up.
What made you check the IAC?

i just cleaned mine today because my engine was revving at idle when i first started, so far it seemed to work. it also seemed to clear my rough idle, i used carb cleaner and it looks brand new.

did you have the same symptoms or something else?

ERG is ok, I pulled the plenum and checked the the injectors , they are bad 3 look as tho they are plugged. I can't believe it ran as well as it did. Any recommendations on which injector set to buy?

Assuming its a CPI and not TBI. I would go with Delco or Delphi. I personally got the Napa house brand, because I did not want to wait for a delco or delphi online for cheaper than it would be in the store.
