ok guys inner fenders is no good and going to replace do i have to take the outer fender off or can it be done by removing the wheel and go up thur the wheel well

 

You have to remove the outer fender to get at the inner.

 

Do you mean inner fender as the wheel well? If so you don't have to remove the outer, just requires a few 10mm and 13mm bolts to be removed. If you mean the inner side/back of the outer fender? That is a 1 piece unit, replace fender.
