Default Intermittent Power windows

my power windows are intermittent. One day they work, the next they don't. Anyone have this issue? If so is there a solution?
On a side note
I can't for the life of me find the Turn signal relay. Signals dont work on either side. Worked fine for about 3 or 4 weeks after buying the vehicle and suddenly stopped. Emergency flashers work just fine though.
Anyone have a graphic photo that could show me?
On a side note

1987 s-10 Blazer 2.8 v6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows- take your 2 window switch off and make sure your wire harness is fully seated. Stick a thin flat head screwdriver behind the left and right hand side to get that off.

Isn't the blinker relay on the fuse block by the drivers left foot under the dash?

If not I will go turn mine on and figure out where its coming from.

The switches are all good, I noticed it just the other day when I was replacing a fuse. They stopped working, I jiggled some wires and they started working again. Never had the problem before though that's what I found odd.
Maybe there is a loose wire in there somewhere. I guess I'll double check everything to be sure.

I will double check the fuse block but for some reason my Chilton says it's located on the convenience center behind the dash.
