Intermittent Stutter

Hey fellas!! I've been viewing the boards here for some time gathering info on ways to improve my 91 4dr 4x4 tbi. She's got about 160,000 and still runs strong without any mechanical probs. The only thing I can't seem to fix is this stutter from take off that lasts maybe about 3-4 seconds. It almost sounds as if one of the cylinders isn't firing.
I've replaced the egr and cleaned in that area, new map sensor, 02,appropriate plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. New vaccum hoses where needed (except for 4x4 pita!) Ran seafoam through tank and intake. Changed fuel filter as well. I've been pretty good in keeping it up on maintenance cause I love this truck, but this one has got me stumped.
Anyone else dealt with this before?

Also forgot to memtion that this isn't all the time, some days it won't even happen?!!! There is a slight rough idle at times too and a small bit of surging, but not to the point that you will think it is going to shut down. All this only happens at idle....

I had the same problem with my Blazer shortly after getting it 10 years ago. I would be going down the road and it would just start shaking stutering. Me and my dad did everything you already mentioned so I don't really have any advice. But we replaced the sensors that you mentioned, the plug wires, distributor, i am sure I am forgetting somethings but we kinda did everything at once.

Universal Joints on the main Drive Shaft possibly. When it happens, let off the gas and then push it again. Does it happen at high speeds too?
