Tune up is about 600 miles old, ive been running fuel injector cleaner through it, and still got this problem. Cold starts suck, i have to stay on the throttle about 3% to keep it alive, and after it warms up it'll idle but really low. Im thinking IAC or EGR, but when i rebuilt the TB about 6k miles ago i cleaned the IAC with carb cleaner. Ive checked the plugs on all cylinders and they look great, i got em gapped perfectly but still got the idle issue.

Also, if i give it too much gas in first and second under load it'll pop under the hood.

Other than these problems, the engine runs smoothly in 3rd-5th gears under any acceleration/speed. Its really frustrating. Any help?

 

Sounds like your timing is off.

 

how do i go about checking\fixing that? sounds expensive.
