Default missing when warm

91 s10 blazer 4.3 z
Ok so a couple months ago my distributor went and had a mechanic buddy replace it. He adjusted the timing by hand and it only misses once warmed up. When accelerating it runs perfect but sitting at a light or drive thru it starts missing. I tryed adjusting the timing with a vacuum gauge and i would get it to idle great but once around the block it would start missing again and now it will stall when coming to a stop. When cold it runs perfect.
So it's a new distributor, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, fpr, pulled the tbi and cleaned everything, cleaned egr.
The exhause has smelled like rotten eggs, and the spark plugs had yellowish brown burn mark looking spots on the ceramic.
Before i figured out it was the distributor it was burning alot of oil while i was tinkering, is there a chance my cat could have gotten clogged. Also im still not too sure about the timing although i did as much as i could and got it close.
Any help would be great.

ok so now she stalled at a red light and wouldn't start for about 5 minutes, got it home...stalled once coming home but started right back up. now in the driveway and wont start at all. i can hear fuel pump when turning the key. pretty sure its getting fuel. im thinking something ignition related.
