Hey, im new to this forum but i have a question that i think somebody here could help me with. I own a 2002 blazer and when i went to gostart it up i have power and everthing but all i can hear is what sounds to be the starter, and the engine sounds like it wants to turn over but it isnt. Then my back window just magically pops open! Any suggestions or ideas as to what could be wrong?

That's a tough one, sounds like electrical gremlins. Hopefully someone with electrical expertise sees this post but my initial thought is that you're going to have to see a pro to get it repaired.

Just try to jump start it, I have seen where Gm vehicles get low on voltage and pop the trunk/ hatch. A really easy way is turn on your headlights and then try to crank the engine, if the lights go out then the battery is dead.
