Need refresher on how to do the spark plugs on a 94 4.3 Blazer

Jeah - agree could be a pair of cables one-off.
Check all from distributor center finger to spark plug. Check for sooth and eaten away contacts. Cables for breaks and damaged insulation or replace.

Easiest way to rule out all the stuff is to replace the rotor, the cap, the cables and the plugs.
