need serious help

Default need serious help

I have an 89 s-10 blazer 4X4 4.3 it vibrates really bad when you put strain on the motor eg. accelerating, going up hill. i checked the u joints and they are not loose and seem to be in good shape. and my A/C blows weak and nver cools the the cabin down and its been 100+ here in oklahoma

Does it idle smoothly and have you checked the motor and transmission mounts?

No it idles fine motor mounts are good didnt think to check the transmission mounts some one told me it may be the transmission torque converter but i dont know how to check that and i really dont want to just start replacing parts to much$$$$$
