New fuel pump not working

Hi Everyone, Thanks for all your suggestions. It ended up being the assembly unit or more specifically the electrical wires.

Same thing happened to me it was the ground wire cleaned it fired right up .I also had a problem with my starter try to turn over and a loud clunck.like the engine was seized.And like a dummy I keep trying to start it and messed up the starter.What happen was my main fuel line feeding the spider cut lose .The clip come off.Filled the inside up with fuel so what im thinking is the computer some how would not even let it turn over for safety i guess.So i fixed the clip and cleaned everything up changed oil .found about 3 quirts of gas in there.Stange stuff this vehicle has put me through.But I like it,So good luck with your nightmare

I had this problem with my 94 s10 and it was the wiring harness going to the spider . I've been told that they are known to go bad . But take the intake plenum off and test it with a niod light . Keep in mind that moving the wire may make it work again .
