odd whirling sound
when i crank my 89 s10 blazer up it makes a whirling sound i replaced the belt and added some powersteering fluid but its still there it only started it monday morning and it won't quit i can't tell if its coming from the water pump or powersteering pump or alternator i tried turning the wheel but its still there anybody have any hints
ok just replaced the pump and fan clutch and still have the whirling so i swapped the alternator so of it went away so i think its my alternators but it might be the ac idk the powersteering pump pulley has a crack but its been that way since i bought it a few months ago and i changed the3 belt after it started making the soundi have a new pulley i am puttin on it at work tomorrow and a new thermostat cause its still over heating with a new pump.the idler pulley and tensioner pulley both had wornout bearings so i replaced these to theres not much it can be now
