Oh god wth is wrong now
That is one way to see if you are getting fuel, but that does not mean the fuel is at the appropriate pressure...
Since the fuel pressure regulator is inside the throttle body itself, it could be a problem there. You could test the injector harness with a noid light which will light up if the injectors are getting the proper injector pulse.

Ok took the Fuel pump out of the other running blazer swaped it over into mine and it dont even make the whine noise like its powering on.... could i have wired it wrong? and one got a diagram on how the wires should be?
Do you mean you replaced JUST the pump, swapping it from one hanger assembly to yours, or did you swap the whole hanger assembly?
If you swapped the whole hanger assembly, you'd have to unbolt the ground strap from the frame...
I'd suggest doing that anyway, just to clean up the ring end and the spot on the frame it sits on, to make sure you're getting a good ground.
