parts compatibility question
So i blew up a engine i just swapped into our 94 blazer 4x4. I picked up a 95 with a newer/rebuilt engine in it for cheap and it also has a good trans tcase axles and what not. The plan is to swap my 94 cpi setup onto the engine and drop it in the older blazer but i was wondering what if anything else i should scavenge from the 95 that will work on the 94 before i dice it up and scrap it.

Should bolt right in. If the distributor is different, you will have to reuse yours, but everything else should be nearly the same.

yeah the dizzy is different. Is there any parts that would be good to grab that will bolt? Axles, gas tank, seats? The 95 is all leather with electronic seats though.

The interior was updated for '95 so I'm not sure how well any of that would fit in. I'm not sure what might be ailing your truck that possibly could be grabbed from the donor...
