i got a brand new gas tank on my 92 blazer, and just this morning when i tried to start it up, it wouldnt turn over... i have no idea what the problem could be, my brother said it could be the fuel pump, but i have a brand new gas tank, that just doesnt sound right... what else could possibly be the problem?.. thx

By "doesn't turn over", what do you mean? Doesn't start?... Does the starter turn the motor? If not, the tank has nothing to do with it... More information needed.
