power but no power

to start of my blazer is 94 s 10 and i just tore it apart down to my heads for gaskets and after i put it all back together and go to start it there was nothing. I have been looking for disconected wire and un hooked grounds but have not seen any thing. and yes the battery has power.

Distibutor out of time?????or a sensor ie cam position/crankshaft position etc...

are you getting anything at all?? check your connections at the battery.

there is no powere even for the cars lights.
thats why i thought about the ground.
is it possible that there might be a ground in the wrong spot.

make sure that you have power at the alt. check the wires to make sure that you are getting voltage. starter hooked up??

dose those conection have any thing to do with powering the rest of the car

Could it be any fuses? You may have short circuited something while dissembling or resembling the top end of the engine.

i would check the connectuions on the battery, and go from there,
