Default Rear Windows

Is there anyway to get the windows to go all the way down and not just halfway? (I guess they are because of children)

not sure on a 1st gen blazer but on mine, all 4 windows go all the way down. on some cars when the windows dont go down all the way its b/c there isnt enought room in the door panel for the window to fit inside.

Yeah i know on the second gens theygo all the way down since they narrowed that actual part of the window that goes down. The big thing is how much room is in the door panel. Like on suburbans the rear windows will go all the way down, where on the tahoe they won't since there is a cutout in the door for the wheel well. This is also usually the case for cars since the rear doors are near the wheel wells and the door is shaped.

I would take the door panel off and look inside the door to see if there is enough room for it to go all the way down, and it might just have a stop on the scissor hinge connected to the window to prevent it from going all the way down but I would still make sure there is plenty of room first!!!

Well now if anyone else ask's this question in the future no it is not possible to get the window to go all the way down thanks to the wheelwell cutout in the door! Great time to throw some litium grease on the motor parts though! Thanks guys
