Default Reverse lights no worky

So I fixed the license plate bulb the other day and now the reverse lights do not come on. I just noticed when I was backing into the driveway last night. Who knows how long they have been out for. Checked all fuses and they are good. Tested the socket and it has a good ground but no voltage going to it. Back up light switch maybe? And where is this switch located and how do I test it?. Is it the 2-pin connector on the side of the transmission? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

Mine dont work unless i lift the shift lever up a little when in reverse, I think my cable is a little slack or something. Try wiggling around the shift lever and adjusting the cable.

Replaced the switch and the lights still do not come on. Anyone have any other ideas? Or maybe a diagram of the circuit that the reverse lights are on?

Okay well I tested the sockets and the light green wire which is suppose to be the hot wire is getting resistance at both reverse sockets. I tested the two wires going into the turn b/u fuse at the fuse block and the left terminal is getting resistance. So my power wire is going to ground somewhere. Anyone have a good diagram of this circuit? I am not too good with electrical but I am trying to understand it with the help of my dad.
