Rough Acceleration after changing EGR

Rough Acceleration after changing EGR
Jut changed my EGR yesterday, popped off the throttle body bolts for wiggle room but did not fully remove it. I got everything back together and now im having Rough Acceleration(rough and slight misses), any ideas?
