I would like to put a 2006-2009 Trailblazer SS type front suspension ( and LS swap w/ auto and AWD T-case)
under my 1991 Blazer, I know this has been done, just beginning my search planning and parts gathering....

 

it sounds like your trying to replicate the typhoon and those use the stock front suspension and handled the supercharged corvette v8s of the day so I would say just get stiffer torsion bars and lower the front end with the kits they make and you'll have your beast of a blazer. also I've looked at a few newer trailblazers and honestly the stamped sheet metal front ends are super flimsy (had to do suspension work on 5 of them and diagnose a bad engine harness on another)
