Default S15 Jimmy Started and ran after 2yrs & Mods.

I finally was able to start the engine on my S15 Jimmy 2WD after 2 years. The engine was pulled due to an Oil Pan leak and morphed into painting the front clip and modifying the Engine.
Engine Mods: Rebuilt 94 Eyebrow Heads, Edelbrock Intake Manifold, Edelbrock Cam Shaft, Edelbrock Roller Timing Gear Set, Roller Rockers with 1.51 ratio, Edelbrock Water Pump. Edelbrock NOS Valve Covers. Edelbrock OBD1 Chip. AC accessory bracket without air pump provision installed. (Pulled bracket of a V8 Pickup). Pulled AC support brackets from V8 that mounts to the face of the block. Relocated Engine Ground to lower right side of block. Relocated ground on water outlet stud to the bolt hole that was used for the AC support bracket. Water outlet housing can be removed with just 2-Bolts., The Intake manifold no longer has any studs for grounds or support rods. ARP bolts were used for Intake Manifold Bolts. Sanden air compressor with custom mounting brackets. New Tough Stuff Power Steering Pump. New MSD Coil, New Distributer.

Relocated ground from water pump studs.

Custom bent, swaged and silver brazed fuel lines from linkage to TBI. to allow for adding fuel gage adapter.

Accessory bracket from V8 that does not have the Air Pump provision. Freed up lower bolt hole to use as the engine ground.

Edelbrock NOS Valve Covers

I had issues with a rough idle, fuel line leaking and low pressure. I was able to correct the fuel issues but the rough idle I was not able to resolve. I thought maybe I had a bad cylinder. I did a compression test and the results on the #3 & 5 was weird. I had no compression at all. I did not trust my readings. I pulled the heads and I found the main reason for my rough idle. My crankshaft pully has two timing marks. I used the wrong mark for setting TDC. I corrected the TDC mark, re-installed the Heads and I was still running rough and setting code 42. (EST) The code 42 was due to a loose distributor connector. I took the air cleaner off and inspected the injectors and noticed one of the connectors for the injectors was not connected properly. The vehicle is running great. I was able to set the timing to spec. The car is setting a code 13 for the O2 Sensor. I installed a new sensor and the is still setting code 13. I should be able to resolve the Code 13 by following the factory service manual.
