I foamed my 94 Bravada a few months ago and I didn't notice a difference. I have 242,000 miles and I am getting about 18-20mpg.

My blazer is about to hit 200k and I "did" this but my local napa didn't carry seafoam so I used their proprietary crankcase cleaner. I really haven't had the opportunity to run through a full tank of gas yet but I opened up the engine and not a single bit of sludge or any crap anywhere. My mechanic told me it seemed to be producing more power but if it was the difference was so minuscule that I couldn't notice

It's up to about 45 miles on her now. Got about a 30 mile trip today. Gonna pick up some newer fenders and hood from a local guy, their off a 94 same color and in much better shape then mine. I'll top it after coming back and see where the MPG'S are.

Threw a 1/3 of a can in through the brake booster line tonight and ran it. Put the rest in the gas tank. I'll fill it up tomorrow for the week and let you guys know how she runs.

seafoam is effectively used when you run it throught the vaccum line connected to the power brake booster you pull the line off and stick a smaller like into it and put the other end in the bottle let it suck it out untill it stalls or shut off immediatly when it is empty let it sit for ten minutes and call the fire department lol cuz its going to smoke the town out

I did just as you stated and it really didn't smoke all that much. I have seen some where it looked like a blown head gasket!
