Any tips on getting this clip (reference attached photo) off the TBI side? It houses the injector wires and slides just a bit, but then stops. How does it slide completely off? If it breaks is there a replacement option?

The slot narrowed a bit and the grommet had likely deformed to the slot and has hardened over time. You can use a flat blade screw driver to pry it out. If you damage it, I have seen RTV used to seal this area back up.

 

ive taken a bunch of those out of there and never broke one yet. but yeah just pry it out the side
