Default Too Hot to Start?

I have a 92 blazer that seems to not want to start when the outside temp gets hot out. I have no problem starting the truck when it is early in the morning and it is not to hot out. But in the middle of the day it just won't start. It seems like it is not geting any gas. I am in NY and this problem just started when we were hit with the heat waves. Am I crazy or has anybody heard of this. If so how do you fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.
