I saved about $30 by getting open box hubs, but with my luck I wanted to ask something before I start the swap. With manual hubs, can you turn the locker from "free" to "lock" out of the box, or do I need to install them? I tried to turn them and they are solid. I am paranoid, but really needed to save the money by getting this set.

 

Okay, I got it figured out. Just needed some pliers : (. Dang things are super tight. No way could my wife turn them if she ever needed to lock them in. So I guess I am going to do what the first guy should have and give warn a call.
