Dont forget about Autozone.com - their website has a great feature if you sign up (for free) that has vacuum diagrams for all years (doesnt go into 4x4 too well) as well as multiple wiring diagrams and also lots of how to information. I was very suprised at the information.

After searching Autozones website I came up with this, I hope it helps.
Also, I would believe the link above would work for all 1st gen s-10 blazers for the 4x4. The only difference might be the mount location for the front axle cable actuator and maybe where the vacuum resivior bulb is.
BTW: Every image of vacuum lines on Autozones website say "TBI" on the picture. To be the most accurate I would hit the local bone yard and find something like your and take examples from there.
Here is the link to where I got the above image, but you may or may not need to be signed in to view it.

Yes, that looks to be about the same thing that's on the radiator, without any 4 wheel drive information. The Chilton's Manuel has emission diagrams for all 83 to 93 Blazer/Jimmy/Typhoon/Bravada. yet does not have information for 4 wheel drive, and 4 wheel drive information was the topic.

So, therefore, the link I previously provided for the pic by pic 4x4 diagram is going to apply to 99% all 1st gen s-10 blazers reguardless of year. It is only variable as to where the vacuum system line is connected to on the emission routing hose. Mine, there are about 2 to 3 things t'eed off on the same line that provides vacuum for the 4x4 system.
Vice grips are also a great troubleshooter. Engage the front axle by hand by gently pushing the aCtuator bulb in, then vice grip the line as far foreward as possible. Then try the 4x4. I am pretty sure if it doesn't work after doing this there is more problems then vacuum.

The FSM will even give you hose routing. Best investment you've made.
