You should search!!!
1. Tons of people have posted about cutting their fenders.
2. Even more people have posted about about tbar and shackle lifts
3. You don't even need to extend your steering and shift linkage
And lastly lifting and cutting is the only way your going to fit larger tires
Please don't take this as me being a dick but com'on do a little homework please!!

1. I agree with above
2. I agree with above
3. On a first gen only the trans gear shifter needs to be extended. My PA kit had the rod to weld in. I'm pretty sure they all come with it but its just a 3/8th rod you cut the linkage and weld in. The t-case shifter on a first gen drops down and they give you a template to trim the floor so it will go into gear.
I did extend my t-case shifter by cutting it down at the base and welding in a piece of 1/2 inch pipe. To extend the rod for the button I used welding rod cut to length. No kit has this and its something I done cause I didnt like the way the shifter looked dropped down after my 3 inch BL. On a 2 inch it might not be as bad.

I cranked my tbars, added 3" shackles. I purchased the shocks for a full-size Z71 truck. I added a 3" body lift. And got 17s with 33" tires. I had to murder the fenders. It looks bad *** and sits about 8" higher than it did before. I step up into it instead of sit down in it.
I got the PA body lift (performance accessories) and it came with everything needed for less than 200 bucks on eBay. The shackles were about 40, and the shocks about 300 for all 4. The wheels were 1800 for 5.
Feel free to click my build and have a look.
