Will not restart if warm

Yesterday I changed my spark plugs (AC Delco) and tested power on the ignition coil. I have 12V on it when key is on even when it doesn't start. I changed the fuel filter too.

Default Solution
I know it's an old thread, but wanted to post what was the solution just in case someone reads it with the same problem I had.
I found the vacuum line on the EGR valve unplugged so I put it back and that was it
