I have lil experience except doing maint stuff lol. I just got a 94 blazer 4wd as my offroad/teacher truck. lol
problem A. rear passenger window wont roll up or down. is that the motor or messed up control arm.
problem B. when I go to lock up my truck nothing but when I go to unlock works fine. the same for both sides.

For the window: Is there a current drain when you try it? If so, it's mechanical and it doesn't matter whether the motor or arm is bad you have to pull the door panel to find out.
- if no current draw, start at the driver wdw switch, everything goes through that.

For the locks, ... again, evidence of trying to actuate is the key. I suspect a relay.

Totally agree with pettyfrog and this was brought up a few days ago and xgiovannix12 had a link on how to diagnose it. (below #1 link) But if you hear like the motor is buzzing, trying to move, or like pettyfog said some kind of drain it going to be the motor 99% of the time. It is really hard to break the regulators, or arms. The only way you will need an arm is if you bend it or the wheel falls off. if you do need to take the door panel of check link #2

is the rear defrost working? cause its on the same circuit or something i think... and can make the locks go bad (check link #3 for where the relay is)
