Default window problems

Alrighty folks, I have a 1994 s10 Blazer 2door, and i replaced both power window motors, and the passenger window works great.. but I'm having an issue with the driver's side.. when I try to raise it up, it 'rolls' forward instead of going up.. for whatever reason the front of the glass refuses to go up with the back unless I grab a hold of it and pull. What causes this? do i have to install new window channels or is it something that can be repaired?

Should be able to pull the door skin off, you'll get a better view of the window arms., then try your switch and see if theres a break somewhere.

hear anything odd?

I finally figured it out.. I was reading through the factory service manual.. there are plastic clips attached to the glass that hold it in the window runs.. at least the one in the back is broken.. quick trip to AutoZone, and they had the dorman replacement clips (#45330) for $6.99 + tax.

then I found this youtube video on how to install them. even tho it's for a caprice.. they use the same style clips as the blazer (different part number tho)
