Default Windshield Wiper Delay

Windshield wipers work but delay/intermittant works when it wants to. Is there a seperate module for the delay or is it built into the motor? No big deal, but it would be nice if it worked.....

Do you get a "phantom wipe" every now and then when the wipers are off? If they make a swipe or two while your going down the road and they are turned off it is possibly your printed circuit board on the wiper motor itself.

No, they don't come on by themselves, just the delay issue. Most of the time, when on the slowest delay speed, they will work OK but I get a double sweep followed by a single. Most of the time when you adjust from slowest delay sweep to next step, they just work continuous like on the low speed. Low speed and high speeds are fine. Just erratic delay....

It still sounds like the printed circuit board on the wiper motor to me. Junkyard?
