This is a shoot in the dark but maybe that model has a clutch switch.Maybe the switch needs replacement.

This is gonna sound kinda a no brainer but it can get overlooked. Check you positive and grounds to make sure that they are properly connected to the battery. If they are loose then you wont get good current. If that isnt it then trace your pos through the engine bay and make sure the cable is good. If thats fine check the underhood fuses and make sure those are good. If thats all good then you probably got an electrical gremlin somewhere thats not allowing the starter to get its proper ignition signal.

i have checked the ground from the battery and its good as well as the positive that connects to the starter is good there is a wire that comes off of the main part of the starter that was grounding out on the exhaust pipe i taped it back up and moved it away so it wouldn’t get melted again but it still dosent start ware are the under the hood fuses because i can not seem to find them. and no luck on finding a way to test the fuel pump without the car on yet and im still looking into the clutch switch no luck so far

I would guess clutch switch too. Had an S-10 pickup do the same thing once. May be wrong, but I think the clutch switch is at the top of the clutch pedal next to the firewall. It should work sort of like the brake light switch.
