Wont start

thanks for the reply.I have double checked every thing.Wires on seated right,distributor cap is on all the way. this is just mind boggling.I know its got to be something simple.I have even checked for codes and there is none.

Default rough at start up

My blazer idles rough for a few minutes at start up and when i rev the engine it almost feels like a cylinder is not working or something.After a few minutes it runs and drives smooth.Please help.94 s10 blazer 4.3
