Default Coolant in spark port

Hey guys. After a series of repairs I've had my 95 blazer running for about a month now. Went to do some running and when I turned the key the engine locked. I had dealt with it before and knew it was hydro locked so I went straight to the PITA #3 plug and pulled it. Coolant came pouring out of the port. As far as I can tell it's just straight coolant, no mixture of anything. Recent repairs that I've done: FPR Nut Kit Intake Manifold Gaskets Valve cover gaskets I've checked the oil and trans dipsticks and both are okay. Any ideas on how the coolant is leaking into that port? Thanks.
