Fuel Pump has power, no fuel guage, wont start
I was driving down the highway the other day and my blazer lost power. When I went to turn it back on it would try to turn over but it wouldnt start. I noticed that the fuel pump wasnt priming any longer.
Today I installed the new pump and went to turn start the car, first off I noticed that I didnt have a reading again and then I would try to start it and it wouldnt start. I rented a fuel pressure tester and primed it and it gave me a perfect reading, jumps to 60 then drops to about 55 psi shortly there after. I also hear the fuel relay click.
Any ideas guys? I was thinking it was an electrical issue but its priming. Im hoping its no the ECM.
Edit:
After spraying some starting fluid in the TB and starting it, its not even trying to start. Indicating that maybe the coil is going? I checked the cap, rotor and all the wires and they are good. Any thoughts?

electrical connectors
A possibility is the fuel relay is sticking (working sometimes) this is an easy fix. When it wont start rap the fuel pump relay with a screwdriver and see if it will prime if so replace the relay. Otherwise exchange with another relay from another location you don't need at this time to trouble shoot. With a new pump I am leaning toward and electrical issue.
With spraying in the TBI with starting fluid and no start I agree that sounds like a spark issue.
Perhaps you have more than one issue here.
