Default help needed 97 blazer starts and boggs out

so my 97 blazer i bought starts up and revs at 3000 rpms and then boggs down and dies so i went the full extent and replaced the tps, maf, map, fuel filter and just replaced he fuel pump thinking that would fix it but it didn't of coarse we also thought maybe the catalytic converter may be completely clogged but when we started it up for the second it can it wasn't clogged so lastly im thinking the fuel injection assembly. if you guys have any other ideas or maybe something i missed im open to all ideas, i also have videos of it but i cant upload it due to file size.

thank you for your time.

You should consider analyzing the problem to determine what needs to be repaired or replaced vs parts swapping.

Do you have any codes or pending codes?

What led you to replace the parts on your list so far?

did you change anything before the problem started?

I bought it like that and read in the forums about people who had the same issues so I went through and replaced every peice that other people did and I’m just down the to spider that could be the last thing and there are no codes being thrown so far

How do you know that there is no exhaust restriction?

it sounds like you have a scanner. What are your fuel trims?

have you done the fuel pressure tests in the sticky on this forum and if so what are the results?

Dude, don't just go parts swapping. That's the most expensive way to fix vehicles.

Do you have any codes?

Have you checked fuel pressure? There's a sticky on how to do it, and it's free and easy. Should be the first bit of diagnosing done on these trucks, imo

In addition to my suggestions in post #4:

Have you checked cylinder compression?

You should verify 1" of strong blue spark at a plug wire end.

You can hook up your fuel pressure gauge and watch pressures just before it dies.

so i did the fuel pressure test it showed 60 and initial turn of the key but then when running dropped to 50, so we thought fuel pump so we replaced that and the thought is to replace most of everything anyways when bought there we all original parts as we have seen its a 1 owner so we have all records, we haven't checked cylinder compression, and i checked no codes yet i will check the fuel trims tomorrow tho

Low fuel pressure can be caused by the regulator, also. The correct way is to test at the service port first, if it's low there, isolate the pump, and test pressure at only the pump. If that checks out, the pump is good, the regulator is the issue

Did you do the leak down portion of the fuel pressure test in the sticky?
