Default Redoing LIM gaskets due to lack of RTV

So I have been having this strange issue on the way back from my trips when I'm going above 100km/h the vehicle develops a leak from back passenger side.
This leak then is dripping onto the exhaust and smokes pretty hard
At first I thought it was the valve cover but I'm pretty sure I have to redo the LIM gaskets.

So my question is..
Could I reuse them after less than 1000km? Or should I get new?
I only put RTV on the flat pieces but researching more it states to put some upwards as well...

I did mine, didnt put enough on, and had a shop just re order new one to replace them after a week. Its pulling them back off In one piece to clean that will be hard.

So did I. Several times. With about no more than 5mm overlap to the gasket. No leaking experienced. Are You sure LIM has landed flat? Did You follow tightening procedure?

Is there a trick to getting it sit proper? I had a bit up problem lining up the gaskets since they kept sliding down. The 95 never got the updated gasket that sits in place

And I also reused the intake bolts, should they be replaced like head bolts after each use?

As far as I remember mine had sort of the peg, that had to be fixed into a hole, so they didn't slide at all. By the way - did You use the Fel-Pro metal gaskets? I've learned here, these are most reliable ones.

With regards to sitting the LIM, I've been following the 4.3 vortec manual - there are specified three tightening passes with a specific torques. Additionally, make sure the silicone cures a bit (2...5 mins) prior You land the LIM. But it has to have a "wet" looking yet.

You may reuse the old bolts, that's not an issue.

The ones I had in mind are MS98002T, price around $60 bucks.

Reuse intake bolts, but I would lean towards getting new gaskets. Yeah, it sucks to spend the money twice, but how much of a PITA is it to get down to the LIM?
