Default TBC Fuse Slowly drains battery after a few days.

So my amp meter shows around .3 amps being drawn even after 10-20 minutes of sitting with everything off.
I tracked it down to the TBC fuse, if I pull that fuse, it then goes down to .035.

What is involved in diagnosing this TBC Circuit ?

Thanks.

The owners manual calls it TBC= truck body computer. Service manual and everything else call it a BCM= body control module. Good luck with your battery.
