What size belt
I want to eliminate the fan clutch pully becuase I have a electric fan and also am about to put Jet performance pulleys. So I need to know what size belt to put to adjust for these modifications. If anybody knows please post. Even if it is a assumption it will get me looking in the right direction.

RE: What size belt
This may sound white trash but its the way I do it, just take a string or another material that will not stretch and guide it over the pulleys that you need to measure. Mark the length on your measuring device(you can always slice your old belt and use this to measure) then bring the required length to any belt house or Napa has a huge selection, hope the white trash way helps

RE: What size belt
unless you have a belt driven fan you shouldnt need to iliminate the pulley when you put the efan on on my truck there isnt a pulley that spins the fans the pulley that the fan seems to come out of is just a belt stabilizer pulley the fan sins from inside that why its a cluch fan

I don't think you can eliminate the "fan" pulley. It doesn't only drive the fan, but the water pump as well.

I have a 1997 blazer I forgot to tell. but does the fan pulley run the water pump? I thought the pulley on top of the fan does the water pump. I will have to check the book. That was a good idea oldsmobuick420.
