Default wheel bolt pattern for 2001 Extreme

Hey guys I am trying to find out what the bolt pattern is for a 2001 Extreme 2wd so I can get some wheels for my daughters Blazer.

All S-series trucks and several other GM products share the same bolt pattern. 5 on 4.75". The critical thing on the 4wdr S-series trucks is the backspacing of the wheels. Most aftermarket wheels run a neutral backspacing, the 4x4s run about 6" of back spacing, that is a lot on 15x7" wheel.
